I am fascinated by how the body as a whole functions and adapts to postural (mis-) alignments, habits and discrepancies. My work involves using techniques of fascial manipulation, which can be used to lengthen, stretch, re-align tissue and break-down scar tissue or adhesions. The techniques I use are pain-free and appear subtle at first, but their physical and neurological effects can be huge.
I enjoy the rehabilitation and remedial aspect of massage as well as sharing knowledge about body awareness and posture. Do not expect a passive treatment with me – your active participation and engaged mind is what makes recovery effective!

My personal schedule can seem rather hectic: I make it to training sessions in the gym as well as outdoors, but I am happiest when I indulge my passion for martial arts and combat sports! I have engaged in various disciplines such as kickboxing, Jeet Kune Do & Wing Chun amongst others. I adore “wrestling”, in particular freestyle, and have just started dabbling in gymnastics!
